Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept return or exchange requests within 15 days of receiving your order, only if your issue falls into one of the following categories:

You received a product that is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning

Your item arrived different from what was described or displayed (e.g., wrong color, incorrect print, or poor quality)

The wrong product, size, or variation was sent

Your parcel was lost in transit

Please note that all our products are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used, washed, or altered items

📷 Ensure the images are clear, taken on a flat surface, and show tags, flaws, or issues. If the concern is related to size or placement, please use a ruler in your image.
If your request is approved, we will either:

Send a replacement product at no cost, or

Provide an appropriate refund based on the issue
You will not be asked to return the item unless explicitly requested.
Shipping a Return (If Required)
If we require the product to be sent back, follow these steps:

Shipping fees for returns are not covered by Sultandecor ( Decotec Inc ), unless stated otherwise

The returned item must be:

In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)

⚠️ Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund Conditions
You may request a refund under these circumstances:

You canceled the order according to our cancellation policy before it entered production
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once your case is reviewed and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds Not Granted In These Cases
Sultandecor ( Decotec Inc ) does not issue refunds if:

The product was correctly produced based on the customer’s order

The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

The return was not approved before shipping it back

A promotion or sale item was purchased

The claim was made after 60 business days of the order date
